You can return a Spiralfast product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Shipping within Australia is guarenteed to be with you in 14 days via Australia Post standard delivery to your address, for 20, 50 and 1000 Spiralfast packs.

Contractor packs (1000 pieces) will be couriered and often with your sooner.

We prioritise your local retail store - do be in contact with us if they have not been supplied within 7 days. 

Spiralfast wire joiners are made from high quality wire, coated in a ceramic oxide (titainium) to prevent corrosion.

To apply correctly, ensure both wire ends overlap by 5cm when Spiralfast is applied. This way the wires cannot pull apart.
